Week (11) Devlog


Following last week's playtesting, this week we mainly worked on areas of the game that received negative feedback or areas that players struggled with.

For example, many players that played our game last week found that the game had no direction to start with. To counter this, we've made it so that the player cannot start trading or advance time without first reading the tutorial emails telling them what to do.

We have also improved on our notification system. Many players didn't notice when they got a new email notification, so we've updated notifications to have icons and play a sound.

Over the next week we will be tweaking minor things in regards to the playtesting feedback we received. We will also be adding more targets for the player to reach, as well as new challenges for the player.
